1. Ensures coordination and collaboration between the department and the practicum instructors regarding teaching practices.
2. Prepares a list of practicum students assigned to the practicum instructors and submits it to the faculty practice coordinator.
3. Assists the faculty practice coordinator in determining the practicum training institutions.
4. Takes necessary measures to ensure that the practicum instructor visits the practicum student's educational institution at least four times per semester.
5. Takes necessary measures to ensure that the practicum instructor provides feedback on the course at the end of the courses taught by the practicum student.
6. Responsible for any negative experiences experienced by practicum students during the teaching practice, as well as any issues arising from their own duties, authority, and responsibilities.
7. Schedules an informational and coordination meeting with the practicum instructors at the beginning of each semester and submits a copy of the meeting minutes to the Program Accreditation Commission.
8. Reminds the instructors to hold an informational and planning meeting with the practicum students at the beginning of each semester and obtains copies of the meeting minutes and submits them to the Program Accreditation Commission. Ensures that the "School Practice Evaluation Surveys" are completed at the end of each semester and submits the results, along with their opinions and recommendations, to the Program Accreditation Commission.
9. At the end of each semester, identifies two competent and two developmental practicum student files, obtains copies, and submits them to the Program Accreditation Commission.
10. Ensures that the Program Practice Coordination website is up-to-date and includes announcements and information regarding the teaching practice.
